Frances H. McKay, an artist born in 1880 in Rockport, Maine, painted bucolic New England countryside and coastal scenes in the early 20th century. Very little is known about this artist, but works by F.H. McKay are reported as having been exhibited at the 1939 World’s Fair in New York.
